Order Processing Time: Once you place your order, our team of costume-loving elves gets to work! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. (This doesn’t include weekends or holidays.)

Shipping Methods & Times: We offer two frightfully fantastic shipping options to suit your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping ($$12.95): We ship via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Once your order ships, please allow 10-15 business days for delivery. You’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your package’s every move!
  2. Free Shipping: For all orders over $50, enjoy free shipping! This method uses EMS. Once shipped, please allow 15-25 business days for delivery. Perfect if you’re planning ahead for that epic 90s themed party!

Heads up, haunt-lovers! Please note that while we ship globally, there might be slightly longer delays for some international destinations, and we are currently unable to ship to parts of Asia and a few other remote regions.

Our Easy-Peasy Return Policy

That 60s mod dress not quite hitting the right vibe? Or maybe the angel wings weren’t as majestic as you dreamed? No worries! We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase, whether it’s a fierce biker costume or some creepy Body Part Décor.

Return Window: We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). This gives you plenty of time to try on that book character costume and make sure it’s perfect.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused.
  • In its original packaging (e.g., the box for your animatronic spider is crucial!).
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The Nitty-Gritty: Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all our spooky customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items. We know it’s a bummer, but it’s the only way to keep things safe and fun for everyone.

  • Apparel classified as intimate or sanitary (e.g., certain undergarments).
  • Any Body Part Décor or Bloody Chop Shop Décor items that have been opened or used (for obvious, creepy reasons!).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Ready to send something back? The process is frightfully simple! Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, shoot us an email at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship anything back before getting instructions from us!
  2. Get Approval & Instructions: Our friendly team will email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address to send your item to:

  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number on a piece of paper inside the package, and mail it back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
  4. Let Us Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange! We’ll send you an email confirmation once it’s all done.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong animal costume or a defective product).

Refunds: Getting Your Money Back

We get it, you want your funds back so you can order that perfect alien costume instead! Here’s the lowdown:

  • Timing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. After processing, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to officially post to your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size in that cat costume or a different color for your bowtie? The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original item for a refund and then place a brand new order for the item you want. This is often much quicker than a traditional exchange!
