Our Easy-Peasy Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). This gives you plenty of time to try on that 90s outfit and make sure it’s perfect for your shindig.

Heads Up! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging (e.g., the box for your animatronic), and have all tags attached. We also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The Nitty-Gritty: Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items. We know it’s a bummer, but it’s the only way to keep things safe and spooky for everyone.

  • Apparel classified as intimate or sanitary (e.g., certain undergarments).
  • Opened or used Body Part Décor and Bloody Chop Shop Décor items (for obvious, creepy reasons!).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Ready to send something back? The process is frightfully simple!

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, shoot us an email at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not ship anything back before getting instructions from us!
  2. Get Approval & Instructions: Our friendly team will email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address to send your item to: Spook & Style Shop, 3085 Ashmor Drive, Jacksonville, US 97530.
  3. Pack It Up: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and mail it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Let Us Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange!

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong animal costume).

Refunds: Getting Your Money Back

We get it, you want your funds back so you can order that perfect angel costume instead! Here’s the lowdown:

  • Timing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. After processing, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to officially post to your account.

Need a different size or color? The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want. This is often quicker than a traditional exchange!
